Pho Extreme Xe Lua in Vancouver

Not sure if it's because I came really late or what, but its just ok. Soup base is bland and not ad savory or hearty as most authentic vietnamese restos.There's definitely better pho places. Salad roll barley has any meat, majority vegetables and the peanut sauce is more like a salad dressing. Definetly not peanut sauce.

Fast service, tasty food, options for small, large, and XL sized soup. Accept cash only.

Ordered the large House Special Pho menu. Soup was a bit too sweet. Otherwise the meat and noodles tasted alright for its price.

The broth is great! And they were able to make mine with Lemongrass chicken!

Portions were good, but Broth had not enough flavour.

Love their pho, great portion and price is very reasonable. I took a star out because they only accept cash but I love the food from there and service is decent too!

Good food fast. I have been here lots, on this visit we went at 8PM and were the only ones here. We had the steak pho and vegetarian pho. The portions are good and the food is ok. The fact they only take cash is insane, it’s 2020. A good spot for no frills pho but my no means is this fine dining. I will likely go back but only when I have cash... this will limit my repeat visits.

Lovely Pho place!! Great food, prompt service, convenient location and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I have multiple allergies and they were very accommodating! They accomodate large groups as well.

This place is a great go to if you are hungry, and would enjoy fast service. I go here often the portions are great, and the prices are more than affordable. I would honestly have to say this is probably the best Pho in this area. The staff are more than polite, and greet you with a smile. And you never leave with an empty stomach. In my books I rate this a 3.9 out of 5.

Good food, very fast service, reasonable price. The beef meat ball pho was delicious, exactly what I needed on unusual cold, windy, snowy Vancouver BC. We got seated immediately & hot tea was served. Our food arrived minutes after ordering. A good choice on Broadway with lots of other eating places nearby. I will go again, for sure!

Food was okay, but nothing amazing. Service was very poor and disorganized. They seemed unusually busy due to an event occurring today. They were slow taking my order, having already taken orders from people seated after me, and then proceeded to forget about some items that we needed to request again. This let to them not having our bill ready when we needed to leave, and confoundingly they inconveniently only accept cash (which seems to simply be a greedy refusal to cover the costs associated with accepting cards).

Excellent quality soup - the broth was especially superb, which is essential to a truly excellent pho. The service was really pleasant and prompt, the restaurant was clean, inexpensive, and open 24hrs! What's not to love....

I ordered Fish Cake with Springroll on Vermicelli. I used Skipthedishes. I require them to replace Springroll by Fish Cake. Then, 14.50$ with 3 pieces of fish cake, a little vermicelli and a lot of beansprouts 🙂. Now you have the new dish, beansprouts with fish cake. Terrible!

Good food but sometimes the staff forget to refill your water and stuff. Overall nice people though

This restaurant opens 24/7.Menu reads a wide selection of both Vietnamese Pho or Cambodian cuisine with a mix of Cantonese soup noodle soup. Portions generous servings for the average person. Add extra if one's starving. Speedy service ordered food arrived under 5 mins. despite hall 1/2 full with customers during lunch hour.Bill was reasonably priced.Owners speak cambodian, vietnamese & cantonese.

Opened 24/7 and can ask for spicy soup! Really good!

I ordered Beef, grilled vegetables with rice. It's a lot of food I got full. It's 24 hrs Open. There are a lot of dishes on the menu.

Fast and cheap-ish. The food I get have been inconsistently prepared. Overall the food is tasty.

Great late night pho as always

Only takes Cash. Ordered the pork spring rolls and steak pho. The pho came out first and then the spring rolls. Nothing amazing. I would go again if it’s late night as the hours are good and the location is convenient.

Not the best food or the best eating place I have visited, but still it has a basic charm to it that reminds me of Street eating in Asia, and I pop in regularly. Popular at lunch but not so much that you can't get a table. Prices are reasonable considering the central location but be aware it's cash only...no plastic or tech tap conveniences here.

Good location, delicious food, and friendly staff there! My sister does not eat beef, she changed the soup to veggies soup! We ordered No. 20 (I can’t remember the the name), the pho was fantastic!

Loved the pho. It was a beautiful blend of different flavors. Service was quick but rather perfunctory. Pro Tip: Cash only!

Appalling hygiene, cash only cash grab. Ordered stir fry beef & rice ($11 before tax) and was offered 6 pieces of dried, paper thin, tough off-cuts from the rare beef you find in the pho. For shame. They wanted my ID before serving because I said I had to go to the ATM. Um, no. I've never left a horrid review as this, but people should be warned.

The durian milkshake is fantastic, at about cad5 it is value for money. The noodles are nice too, but cash only.

I've been to many late night Phõ restaurants and to be honest this place is amazing for the price. Its not even remotely pretentious and the service is pretty great considering its after midnight and nobody really wants to be there. The food is super authentic and exactly what you would get, but better than on the streets of Vietnam at the same hour. Just great comfort food with service you cant complain about. What more is there to say?

Honestly some of the most unique and flavorful pho I've had in years. The depths of flavors in the soup was outstanding. Little skimpy on the meat could use more toppings. But the stock is just so good. Strong fennel aromas really great.The only downside is them only taking cash, since I never have cash on hand this prevents me from coming here more often. I'd pay extra for credit card or debit.

Its located on West Broadway just across Broadway's sky train station. Positively a customer oriented restaurant. On entering you're immediately shown a table of your pick. Next you are carefully handed a black binder menu. Immediately hot tea is dispense into 2 tiny cups. The waiter watches you from a distance & the moment you've decide what you want he takes your order. I pick the Cambodian style seafood dry noodle with soup on the side while my buddy goes for the Vietnamese beef tripe Pho. The orders arrived in less than 6 mins piping hot.Next the taste! Surprisingly tasty with generous portions of proteins & condiments. While very little conservation is going on between we are gulping & enjoying our lunch and finish it in no time. A quick visit to the wash room than pay the bill we vacate to make room for new customers. Btw damage charge included tip under $26.00. Wow!Definitely we'll be returning customers on another day.

The fact that this place is open 24hr deserves a good review. However because service is more often than not very questionable and loud unnecessary News channel. Food is standard large, cheap and tasty

Bring cash or you can stop by the Coast Capital Credit Union next door. The staff is cool also; I swear my server; he's a ninja when not working there!

The food isn't bad itself but the menu is so basic with not much description and the staff are not knowledgable of the menu item details. The service is one of the worst ones I have ever experienced.

I’m am shocked, I use to come here about 2 years ago and the food was great. Today I’m just disappointed how chip the got. I ordered a large pho and it came with little meet and noodles and chicken wings. For $8 u get 6 half wings lol I’m speechless
